Watch-Dog is not a replacement for official emergency services, law enforcement, fire departments, ambulance services, hospitals, or medical professionals.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening or urgent emergency, immediately contact the appropriate official emergency number or nearest emergency response agency before submitting a report through this platform.

While Watch-Dog may work with community responders, volunteers, or local organizations, response times and availability cannot be guaranteed. Users are responsible for exercising judgment and taking appropriate safety precautions at all times.

Location information collected through Watch-Dog is used strictly to improve community safety features such as nearby alerts, emergency reporting, responder coordination, and location-based assistance. User location data is not publicly displayed, sold, or shared with unauthorized third parties. Watch-Dog takes reasonable measures to protect user privacy and security, except where disclosure may be required by law or necessary to respond to safety-related incidents.
